Frequently asked questions
How do I know which requirements apply to my product?
Through the regulatory diagnosis, which maps all applicable requirements at once. This is the first step of every Moderacon engagement.
Do you support products still in the development phase?
Yes. The earlier the requirements are built into the design, the lower the risk of failing tests and of rework in the certification process.
My product does not fall under any INMETRO regulation. Do I need to do anything?
In this case, the declaration formalizes that the item is not subject to the regulations in force, exempting it from the certification process. We carry out the technical classification assessment and provide full support in preparing the document, where applicable.
Is the consulting limited to ANATEL and INMETRO?
No. We also advise on general regulatory requirements and on the product’s quality characteristics, with tests in specialized and accredited laboratories.
