Privacy policy

Who we are. This website belongs to Moderacon - Conformidade de Produtos e Representações LTDA ("Moderacon"), Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 46.480.271/0001-92, which is responsible for the personal data processed through it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). Data we collect. Only the data you provide in the "Book a meeting" form: name, company, country, CNPJ (for Brazilian companies), business email, phone (optional), service of interest, product description and, if you send them, product files and link. We do not request sensitive data.

How we use it. To review your request, contact you, hold the meeting if you choose one, and prepare a commercial proposal when applicable. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising without your consent.

Legal basis. We process the data to respond to your request and take steps prior to a possible contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business-to-business contact (art. 7, V and IX, LGPD).

Sharing. The data is processed by technology service providers engaged by Moderacon, such as hosting, storage, email, scheduling and website protection, acting only on our instructions. Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

Retention. Up to 2 years after the last contact if no engagement follows. For clients, for the periods set by the contract and applicable law. After that, the data is deleted.

Cookies. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your language choice in your browser, and the anti-bot protection uses technical browser data solely to confirm that the submission was made by a person.

Your rights. You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about the sharing of your data, among the other rights under art. 18 of the LGPD. Write to contato@moderacon.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes. This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top.
